1787 Rehearsal Schedule for Week #8 – June 20-25

Delegates: To assist you in getting off-book - Please make the cue-card version of your parts to have at your tables ASAP. One page for each scene should be enough, with your starting position, the lines that cue your lines, then your lines. Also any significant movements, including standing and sitting. Get rid of binders ASAP. You can gesture with a paper, but you can't with a binder. Thanks, Leonard

To all: Leonard continues to arrive at 6PM every night to help those for polishing dances, cleanup blocking and learning lines. You should be completely prepared for the run throughs next week. Thanks, Jeff

Monday June 20 - 

6:15 - Rehearse color guards (Group A and B) only.

6:30 – All cast call. Run Act I twice.

Tuesday June 21 - 

6:15 - Rehearse color guards (Group C and D) only.

6:30 – All cast call - Run Act II twice.

Wednesday June 22 - 

6:30 - All cast call - Run show - must start promptly with Shays

Thursday June 23 - 

6:30 All Cast/Staff Business Meeting RE: Virginia Theatre

6:45- All cast call - Run show –

Saturday June 25 – 3-5 PM Place to be determined

Sitzprobe – all cast call

Sunday June 26 – move into the Virginia Theatre!
